Late registration

Please note that the registration deadline is 17 April 2016. If you register after the deadline, your participation will not be guaranteed. Any registration received after this deadline is accepted at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and is subject to capacity.


The registration fee for participants includes:

  • Participation in the sessions of the conference
  • Conference materials
  • Accommodation in double/twin room for 2 nights
  • Buffet breakfast
  • Coffee and refreshments during the scientific sessions
  • Lunches on 21 and 22 May
  • Dinner on 20 May

    The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

  • Accommodation in double/twin room for 2 nights

    The single room supplement includes:

  • Single room accommodation for two nights
  • VAT and city tax

You are kindly requested to register on-line. The online registration constitutes a legally binding agreement. Please note, that you will not recieve an e-mail confirmation immediately. The letter of confirmation and the pro-forma invoice will be sent to you by the Organising Secretariat within 3 working days.

The Organising Secretariat will inform you about the acceptance of your payment. Invoices will be sent via email as a PDF attachment or by regular mail. Make sure that you indicate the invoice address correctly. According to the Hungarian law, some of the intermediary services are subject to entertainment tax, thus the invoice will list the sums for conference participation, hotel accommodation and catering services. Please ensure that you pay any charges your bank or any intermediary bank may charge. The registration becomes final after the receipt of your payment. Services are subject to availability after 10th April 2016.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations should be recieved in writing.

Before 20th April 2016 the full amount paid, except an administration fee of HUF 5000, will be refunded. After 20th April 2016 and in case of no-show there will be no refund.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses sustained as a result of any cancellations, accidents, illness or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference or its evening events. Participants are advised to take out appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.
